Of German origin Ulrike has been living in Belgium for 30 years.
Initially she came to Belgium to improve her French by studying Commercial Science at ICHEC; and finally stayed to build up a marketing career in different marketing functions and, next to this, also to learn Flemish and improve her English.
After 25 years of working in mainly large international companies such as Bosch-Siemens household appliances, Mead Johnson, Wolters Kluwer and bpost she has decided, after a deep personal crisis, to move her career into a new direction.
The confrontation with ever lasting change in our very disruptive world and the perception of lack of a human approach to cope with this change motivated her to become a professional coach and change facilitator.
Today Ulrike accompanies private and professional customers, teams and organizations in their change path.
Ulrike applies a very direct and pragmatic approach that supports the coachee or team towards their objective. Her observational strength in combination with the capacity to link the pieces of a puzzle correctly together is very useful in the coaching process.
Next to the fascination to accompany people and organizations in their change, Ulrike is a married mother of 3, what also needs coaching skills. She is very much engaged in her sports clubs, lives her creativity through ceramics and balances herself with the practice of yoga and tennis.
